British, Scottish and Irish literature since the middle of the 20th century

Summary/Abstract: Le but de cet article est de présenter la contribution de cinq écrivaines anglaises (britanniques, écossaises, ou irlandaises) à l’élucidation de l’être-fautif, à travers leurs œuvres littéraires, depuis le milieu du xxe siècle. Il sera d’abord question de la relation entre l’être-fautif et Dieu comme fondement de l’être, puis du sens que cela prend, pour un être-libre, d’avoir conscience de ses fautes. // The aim of this article is to present the way English (British, Scotish, Irish) writers have contributed to clarify the essence of being-fallible, throughout their literary works, since the middle of the XXth century. We will firstly discuss the relationship between being-fallible and God as the Ground of Being, and then the meaning of fault awareness for any being-free.
