Reflections regarding postponement of enforcement proceedings

Summary/Abstract: Although it is not exclusively correlated with the challenge to enforcement procedure, the postponement of the enforcement proceedings is in close connection with this institution of the civil procedural law, meaning that this study focuses almost exclusively on the characteristics of the postponement claim in a challenge to enforcement procedure. In addition to analysing the postponement claim in a challenge to enforcement procedure from a general approach, we shall also identify the principal characteristics of the postponement claim, given the particularities that this procedure has, that are in some aspects derogatory from the common procedure.
