Summary/Abstract: The study provides a brief overview of the international legal framework with regard to movable cultural heritage protection, preeminently manifest in what is commonly known under the household phrase: “The Law of The Hague”. To this effect, an attempt at analysing the legal text, annotated by the author, is made available. Articolul de faţă realizează o succintă prezentare a cadrului juridic internaţional privind protecţia patrimoniului cultural mobil, materializat, cu precădere, în ceea ce este îndeobşte cunoscut sub formularea consacrată de „Dreptul de la Haga”. Se încearcă astfel o analiză pe text a actelor normative, cu adnotări care aparţin autorului.
