Summary/Abstract: Development and globalization of the organized crime structures activities deepened the impact over world economy, bringing in front of the world sciences and structures to combat transnational crime, new complicated challenges which imply efficient, adequate measures of prevention and reaction. One of the most violent components of the global criminal phenomenon is corruption, which is an infiltration way and political environmental decision-making subordination, in way of bringing prejudices to the state institutions and represents a real menace to the national safety. Properly, the countries preoccupied with the combat and constraint of the corruption phenomenon, adapts their politics in directions looking for the best answers using strategies able to cope with this disaster, one of them being presented in this article.
