Summary/Abstract: The High Court of Cassation and Justice was grasped successively into settlement of interest of the law in relation to the provisions of Law no. 58/1934 on bills of exchange and promissory notes and Law .no 59/1934 on checks, as amended and supplemented. So, by this judgments the Supreme Court contributes to the explication and unitary applying of the legislative framework for securities.
