Summary/Abstract: This article defines external sources of information about success factors in the automotive industry. Sources of information are crucial in determining the success factors for the automotive industry. The credibility of information sources which are used determines the quality conducted on the basis of the analysis. The selection of information sources influences the usefulness of the data.
