Prospects of the development of transport ecologistics in Ukraine

Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to present the results of the development of ways of greening the most heavily burdened transport systems at the empirical level of functioning of the Ukrainian economy. The definition of ecological transport logistics was proposed by the author as the implementation of a systemic set of organizational and technological measures aimed at the energy costs of transport means optimizing and the safety of energy conversion forms to material streams using logistic chains according to criteria for reducing of the environmental burden and realizing the objective function of the logistics system, which consists in synergistic effect obtaining. The experience of European transport and logistic companies in the implementation of the main provisions of the concept of “green logistics” and the possibilities of its use under national conditions is being considered. The main perspectives of further development of ecological transport logistics in Ukraine are defined as organizational and managerial, technical and technological, legal and regulatory.
