Summary/Abstract: Attempts to create a special science to investigate the seizures were made observed on many occasions throughout the nineteenth century. Research purposes in the field of crisis consisted not only in monitoring, demarcation and restricting the phenomenon, but its removal as a type of social relationship and interstate.
