Summary/Abstract: The general configuration changes according to certain criteria of the countries in the Wider Black Sea Region led inevitably to the destructuring of regional and global political balance followed by active, sometimes dangerous, processes of relocation the control of the main strategic areas. Changing the strategic context, especially for countries in the Wider Black Sea Regionis accompanied by amplification and diversification of internal risk factors, whose negative development for the security of states can be stimulated by the deepening political, social, military, and economic crises. Wider Black Sea Region has faced in recent years the increasing frequency of international migration. This scourge is one of the negative effects of globalization.
