Summary/Abstract: The training evaluation is a part of the overall training process and it ensures the link between the training objectives established at the begining of the training process and the level of training reached at the end of it. The military training evaluation process is based on the principles, methods, and techniques of assessment specified by the pedagogical theories, being influenced by their evolution in time.
