Summary/Abstract: This article highlights some aspects regarding the acts of aggression and outrage on police officers within the public order structures. The article contains documentary studies from the international and national sphere, based on sociological speculations on police officers attacks. Beside the theoretical and sociological aspects are also presented the favorable factors, correlated with the motives and probability of the attacks on the police officers, as well as some remarks regarding the updating and modification of the legislation adapted to the new social challenges.
