Summary/Abstract: The aim of this study is to consider the issue of phenomenological character of political propaganda on the Internet. Part one includes the characteristics of propaganda origins, its conventional definitions and propaganda mechanisms. In analytical part two, after having drawn the defining features of the concept of ‟being-in-the-world” inspired by the Martin Heidegger’s thought, the author analyzes the ‟being there” (Dasein) status of ‟The-Being” which encounters selected displays of computational propaganda.
