Analysis of the Contract of Alienation of Property Subject to Lifetime Maintenance in the Context of New Changes

Summary/Abstract: The topicality and purpose of this article convince us that, in order to detect some theoretical and practical problems posed by the contract for the alienation of property provided for life, in practice and in national case law, it is necessary to start from the changes brought by the republishing Of the Civil Code of the Republic of Moldova in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova no. 66-75, 2019. The contract that underlies the alienation of the good provided for life maintenance is a complex one and has specific features, characteristic only to him. Through the content of this article, we intend to treat the adaptations made under the legislative aspect to the contract of alienation of the good with the condition of maintenance for life.
