Summary/Abstract: The reciprocal relationships between an employer and an employee, and also in relation to other stakeholders, are socalled relational goods that make the relational capital of a company. In the paper a possibility of the construction the paradigm of unity in the management of company on the base of this relational capital is presented. The necessity of a new paradigm in the management sciences which takes into account first of all the universal human values, ethics and spirituality is especially visible now-a-days. In the paper the main characteristic features of the economy of communion realized in the companies managed according to the paradigm of unity is also presented.
