Summary/Abstract: Sinaia Monastery has a very old library, with over 300 old books, printed between 1564-1830. 30 of them are Slavonic and slavo-romanian. Four titles are from Lviv (Gospel of 1636, Octoih of 1639, The Divine Liturgy of 1646 and Psalter of 1679), three from Moscow (Gospel of 1689, Molitvenik of 1698, Octoih, tom. I, 1699) one from Kiev (Gospel of 1780). From those printed in Romania, in Sinaia Monastery there are: Antologhion, Câmpulung, 1643; Triod-Penticostar, Târgoviște, 1649; 12 Minee, Buzău, 1698; Triod, Buzău, 1700; Penticostar, Buzău, 1701; The Divine Liturgy, Buzău, 1702; Octoih, Râmnic, 1706.
