Summary/Abstract: This article treats the role played by the coordination of the various institutional actors, implied in " the industrial entrepreneurship ", in the creation of the wealth in Tunisia. In theory, the models of the endogenous growth can represent a theoretical frame suited to treat this question. Empirically, by means of the interpretation and of the analysis of a set of economic data, we ended in two big results. In the first place, the contribution of " the industrial entrepreneurship " in creation of the wealth in Tunisia turns out very important. Secondly, this contribution is explained by the improvement of the global competitiveness of the Tunisian economy, which represents a key factor of creation of the wealth. An improvement which is mainly due to the implication of a set of institutional actors in " the industrial entrepreneurship " with a certain coordination between them.
