TEAMWORK AS A FACTOR FOR EFFICIENCY IN PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION IN TIMES OF CRISIS

Summary/Abstract: In the last decade, the team form of work has become increasingly established in organizational practice as a solution to a number of management challenges. During this period, managers faced a number of new challenges - the changing requirements of consumers; pressure for constant improvement of the quality of the offered products and services; strengthening of the influence of the Internet and the related new aspects; the role of sudden crisis situations, bringing organizations out of the comfort of predictable strategic management. In this regard, this publication aims to identify key moments in teamwork, with a focus on crisis situations and the role of teams in overcoming and managing them.
