Practical research in the field of human resourses management as a component of the implementation of effective public polices

Summary/Abstract: In the last decade, the expectations for public services have increased considerably, and, in addition to this, the pressure has been focused on requirements to constantly increase qualifications and exchange experience between administrative structures. This paper draws the readers’ attention towards the current trend in the interaction between research institutions and public administration and the relationship between them, which allows for such an increase in the quality of services. The report presents some good practices in the area of human resource research and provides insight into the use of analytical approaches, including such which are aimed at facilitating a comprehensive increase in the level of efficiency of human resource management as a factor for successful public policies.487
