Summary/Abstract: The research presented in this article aims to discover, analyze and evaluate the impact of the organizational culture, that is, to identify the degree of impact on a certain element from the work of the municipal administration and that is job satisfaction. The research is conducted in the municipal administrations of four cities of two neighboring countries: two cities from the Republic of Macedonia and two from Republic of Bulgaria. The innovativeness in the selected approach aims “not to separate the municipalities and to give them any grade or ranking by signs of effectiveness, efficiency and quality of the work, and seeking the differences and the well practices, to look for variations for multiplication of those practices.
