Summary/Abstract: Further to the activity of the Constitutional Court, in July, 11 judgments were published (admitted objections of unconstitutionality) and they related to: Criminal Procedure Code; Law no. 55/2020 on some measures for preventing and combating the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic; Law no. 95/2006 on healthcare reform and the G.E.O. no. 11/2020 regarding emergency medical stocks, as well as some measures related to the establishment of quarantine; G.E.O. no. 23/2020 for amending and supplementing some legislative acts impacting the public procurement system; Law approving the G.E.O. no. 21/2012 on amending and supplementing the National Education Law no. 1/2011; G.E.O. no. 25/2020 for amending and supplementing Law no. 95/2006 on healthcare reform, as well as the G.E.O. no. 158/2005 regarding leaves and health insurance indemnities; Law no. 370/2004 for the election of the President of Romania and Law no. 208/2015 on the election of the Senate and the Chamber of Deputies, as well as for the organization and operation of the Permanent Electoral Authority; Law no. 360/2002 on the status of police officers and the Law for amending and supplementing Law no. 218/2002 on the organization and operation of the Romanian Police, as well as for amending Law no. 360/2002 on the status of police officers; Law no. 303/2004 on the status of judges and prosecutors; G.E.O. no. 78/2016 for the organization and operation of DIICOT, as well as for amending and supplementing legislative acts.
