Contributions to the study of the provisions of Law No 8/1996 relating to the duration of the legal protection of moral and patrimonial copyright

Summary/Abstract: Generally speaking, each time various issues are dealt with in depth as regards the legal regime of moral and patrimonial copyright in the Regulation of Law no. 8/1996 aspects are revealed which are insufficiently reasoned from a legal logic point of view, and which require the improvement of existing regulatory solutions. The provisions of Law No 8/1996 on the duration of the legal protection of moral and patrimonial copyright are no exception to this finding. Indeed, they still require an effort to construe and, above all, to identify questionable regulatory solutions, and to substantiate some proposals de lege ferenda for the optimization thereof.
