Summary/Abstract: The author of the following article will try to present the live and work of one of those people, described above. This is the first attempt for a detailed biography of Konstantin Doganov, based mainly on documents from the Central State Archive is Sofia, the local State Archive in Varna and the memories of participants in the events, relatives and friends. Doganov is a Marxist, in close relations with Vasil Kolarov and an active participant in the organization of the Septemvriyskoto vastanie (Rebelion of September) of 1923 in Varna Region.
