AN INTEGRATIVE APPROACH TO MOTIVATION

Summary/Abstract: Our paper is trying to provide a new integrative approach on motivation, one to take into consideration all the major approaches now available in literature. We performed a comprehensive review of the theories in this field, emphasizing what everyone is revealing but also identifying their limits and making the appropriate corrections. Now we will formulate a set of principles to follow in our approach and then we will use all the information provided by the existing approaches in order to obtain a new model, covering all of them and eliminating their limits and disadvantages.
