Legal Comparative Analysis of Continuing Offence

Summary/Abstract: Continuing offence has a legal definition in the legislations of the Netherlands, Argentina, Chile, Sweden, Italy, Poland, Romania, Macedonia, Spain and Bulgaria. Other countries, such as Russia and Germany, have no legal definition of this institute, but the latter is applied in some States of the USA. This article examines the establishment and development of the figure of continuing offence in different countries and in comparison with the regulation under the Bulgarian Criminal Code.
