Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of employee voice over organizational commitment. When the literature is examined as a reason for the research, it can be shown that there are a limited number of studies examining the relationship and influence between employee voices and organizational commitment. In this research, the survey technique was used as a data collection method. As a result of the correlation analysis, it has been determined that there is a statistically significant relationship between employee voices and organizational commitment dimensions of emotional commitment and attendance, and there is no statistically significant relationship between employee voices and the normative commitment dimension of organizational commitment. As a result of the regression analysis, it was determined that employee voice has a statistically significant and positive effect on emotional commitment and attendance commitment, which are the sub-dimensions of organizational commitment. At the end of the research, there are some suggestions.
