Summary/Abstract: Purpose – The findings of any research in the field of health in terms of organization and administration is of great importance as the health sector is essential for people and it consumes a great portion of a country’s budget because it requires advanced technological investment. This article has two aims: The primary aim is to determine the influence of the justice perceptions and personal traits of health employees on their organizational trust. The secondary aim is to examine whether the demographic characteristics of health employees is significant for justice, trust and personal traits. Design/methodology/approach – The universe of the study consists of physicians, nurses, health employees apart from physicians, administrative staff, and the other employees hired as service procurement at Istanbul Medeniyet University Goztepe Training and Research Hospital. The sample of the study is 558 health employees. The data regarding the voluntary participants were obtained through face-to-face questionnaires. The statistical analyses were made using SPSS 23 program.
