Summary/Abstract: The article is the second part of the characteristic of the approach to work of representatives of the generation Z. In the presented part, the authors, referring to their own research and confronting them with secondary research and descriptions presented in the literature (cited in the first part of article), try to present the meaning of work in the lives of young people. how representatives of the Z generation define and perceive the work and what model of life their prefer.
