Summary/Abstract: Inheritance as an institution of civil law implies the transmission of the deceased's patrimony to heirs who then have the freedom to conclude what documents they want. Even if from a practical point of view the most common alienation contracts have as object individualized movable or immovable goods. The legislator gives the possibility to the subjects of law to alienate these succession rights in certain conditions and by fulfilling certain formalities.
