Summary/Abstract: This study is a continuation of a previous research concerning the reception of electronic music by adolescents. In the first part of the study we analysed the reactions of adolescents between ages 16-18 (Mirela Mercean-Țârc, 2017); in this study, we will analyse and make comments on the particularities of the reception of this music by children aged 10-11 and preadolescents, aged 11-14. I divided this second part of the study into two, due to its size. Thus, in the previous issue of the magazine, we presented the results of two of the genres of electronic music heard: concrete music - Adrian Borza - Une minute cinema pour les oreilles, and electro-acoustic music - Francis Dhomont - Chambre d’enfant from the Forêt profonde cycle. This second part explores the universe of meanings that children and pre-adolescents reported following the hearing of two other types of electronic music: a fragment from Dusk – acousmatic music signed by Adrian Borza and Dream Way, electronic music for therapy created by the same composer. The preliminary and final conclusions will highlight the differences and similarities between the reception of the three categories of young auditors.
