Summary/Abstract: The aim of this work is to create a concept for open distributed cloud platform based on the Internet of Things, 5G and fog/cloud computing that uses standard interfaces. This common communication and information infrastructure could be applied in a variety of fields like: smart agriculture; smart water management; living environment; fire detection and prevention; smart cites, houses, hospitals, schools, parks, transport etc. The main requirements to the platform are: scalability; reliability; adaptivity; customization; micro and macro services continuous development. We compare the defined architecture against different standards applied in smart appliances, smart cites, smart water management, smart environment management and try to define the level of integrity and nteroperability of the platform towards the existing ones.
