Summary/Abstract: In this article, we analyze the impact of the revolutionary moment, with a special emphasis on the meanings attributed to the Citizen-RevolutionNation report. Two important episodes should be remembered for defining this concept in the Romanian space: The Revolution of 1848 is closely linked to the problem oriented towards the notion of a captive citizen; respectively removing characteristic symbols. Our research highlights the existence of a strong articulation between the favorable external environment and education of the Romanian political elite in France.
