Summary/Abstract: According to the Constitutional Tribunal judgment, a number of regulations regarding the search of a person and personal control were found to be unconstitutional. The execution of the judgment has become an opportunity to introduce other changes in the Police Act, which transformed personal control into a non-trial search of a person and it violates constitutional rights and human freedom
