Summary/Abstract: The paper discusses the problems relevant to pedagogy as it is generally understood, bearing in mind the child’s welfare at all times. It analyses the innovations and meanders of educational correctness and the many variables and issues relating to the proper running of a class, the attitudes of children – their efforts, struggles, joys, their creative suggestions, trials, errors and responses, participation in lessons, passivity or aggression. It also takes up the issue of an open, innovative attitude of a teacher as a prerequisite for the development of children, and their education and self-education in the course of learning. An analysis of the various elements of coexistence indicates the possibility of establishing relationships not only with oneself and others, but also diachronically to oneself in the present, in the past and in the future.
