Summary/Abstract: The study presents the analyses on the ceramic material resulted from a closed complex researched in the western part of the Partoș district, in 2016, a district that overlaps the first urban centre from Apulum. Discovered ceramics subsumes under two broad categories: household refuse and scraping. Very clearly is evidenced the existence of a potter workshop that made a wide range of pieces that belong to typical ceramics and some categories of vessels that involve specialised manufacture (mortaria, amphorae, glazed pottery). This workshop is added to those already known in Apulum and offers supplementary information on the local features of the pottery made in this urban centre at the mid of the IInd century AD.
