SIGNIFICANCE OF EDUCATION AND GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR SAFE TRANSPORT OF DANGEROUS GOODS ACCORDING TO ADR

Summary/Abstract: Modern society is impossible to imagine without the transport of goods, with the safe transport of dangerous goods being of particular importance. Therefore, the transport of dangerous goods should be approached with special caution, all properties of dangerous goods should be studied in detail, appropriate means of transport and handling should be approved, space and environment should be studied, and persons in direct contact with dangerous goods should be educated to prevented adverse situations. The paper presents the importance of education and general conditions for safe transport of dangerous goods within the activities of the Kemal Kapetanović Institute in Zenica in the field of ADR application.
