- Summary/Abstract:The present paper addresses the issue of implicit behavioral communication of the tutor - the teacher, responsible for the quality of the individual study of the student. The behavior of the tutor is identified as the totality of the actions connected to the observance of the internal regulation of the higher education institution within which the teacher activates as an employee and of the relations created by him with the students he guides. The guardian's behavior is also conceived as an implicit one, determined by the implicit communication. The research conducted on this topic supports the idea that any behavior is an implicit communication and defines communication as a collective activity of building a common perspective, carried out by interlocutors

- Summary/Abstract:In the field of personality formation through art, we notice that the practice does not meet the specific technological need for the processes of receptionunderstanding-creation of works of art. In this educational field, the approach for optimizing the theory - practice relationship obtains additional instructive-formative and artistic development values, due to the principles of creation / recreationreception of artistic products, which stipulate that the work of art exists as such only in the process of its interpretation-visualization-hearing - a process that integrates the mental action of the author of creation, considered conventionally as a theoretical one, with the action of reception and, at the same time, being considered as a practical one. The process of artistic reception within the instructive-formative actions is identified with the educational action itself. In this process, a considerable weight belongs to the participatory state of the pupil / student in the action of design, development and evaluation / self-evaluation (by prescribing individual behavioral maps, anticipating practical actions, varying operations, accomplishing tasks by choosing variants for the optimal solving) and the dynamics of the teacher's professional competence to gradually achieve the process of design (theoretical) and action (practice), by identifying educational content and value actions, diagnosing individual resources, planning, hypothesis formation, sequential and final evaluation.

- Summary/Abstract:The world of dance has been influenced by the artistic revolutions of early 20th century. The performances of that period rejected the artificially elaborated technical constructions which limit the evolution of dancers, promoting the freedom of movement. In the same period, appear an avant-garde movement known as expressionism, which will revolutionise the art performance by approaching new forms of expression. Therefore, a new concept show up – Tanztheater. It is used for the first time around 1927, for the choreographic works of Kurt Joos, to identify an emerging dance style within the new forms of expressionist dance. Expressionism opens new perspectives in the world of theatre and dance through the improvement of scenic expression means, by employing new procedures and techniques to create the plot, the conflict and the characters. Dance theatre is rather the fruit of the need of the dancer, actor or performer to assert themselves as a complex artist, capable to embody messages and convey them by using a variety of codes, symbols and movement techniques, than of the desire of the choreographers to engage in a collaborative effort with other artistic fields. Dance theatre performances individualise by short, mostly imaginary moments of dialogue and action. Besides dancing on stage, performers sing, talk, scream and sometimes even laugh or cry hysterically. Repetition is also a means to structure the dance theatre choreographies. Repetition of dance phrases, whether identical or following changes in the sequence of movements in the phrase, adds more drama to the story to be acted out. German expressionism influences are introduced to our country by the work of two Romanian dancers of German descent, Iris Barbura and Katherine Hän. Their experience inspires choreographer Miriam Raducanu, who primarily acquires and subsequently develops this form of expressionist dance, passing these knowledges to her students, Raluca Ianegic and Gigi Caciuleanu

- Summary/Abstract:Communication is a psychosocial interaction through which subjects transmit information and expect feedback, fulfill their goals, direct and control their own activity, that of a person or a group. To communicate effectively and expressively with oneself and others (Gh. Dumitriu 1998), means to convince, to be able to develop the thinking, affectivity and personality of others, to inform intelligibly and to understand correctly the meaning of the message, to notice and be aware of reactions, attitudes and behavioral changes in the receptors or audience. Communication, in general, and educational communication, in particular, are related to the phenomenon of social influence and persuasion. The teacher is the one who exerts influence through democratic behaviors that allow him to build a relationship based on mutual respect, self-disclosure and valorization, a context that facilitates the harmonious growth and development of the autonomous and creative personality. Among the sources of power that the teacher exercises in the educational context, we emphasize the importance of manifesting the power of reference that involves creating relationships based on affectivity and emotional support, the power of expertise based on shared competence of the teacher, legitimate power, specific to the teaching role, sources generating greater satisfaction than the one-way use of coercive power. The main component of education, communication, has always been an indispensable support for education. Receptive to the progress of human communication, the school has never ceased to approach and integrate intelligently

- Summary/Abstract:Motivation is one of the most important prerequisites for school learning. The channeling efforts towards the construction and endowment of a school, towards the training of teachers are in vain without a solid motivation for students' learning. Self-regulation of learning also includes that of motivation (self-motivation). This requires students to have motivational learning strategies and tools used to maintain or increase their motivation while completing a learning activity. Parents consider a child motivated when he wants to have good results at school, does not expect to be "pushed" from behind and is appreciated by teachers. Among the motivational strategies and tools used at home and at school, the following stand out: increase hope; communication; engaging the imagination; encouraging self-motivation and involving the child in decision making; cultivating effort. At school, the teacher's enthusiasm and motivation are directly restricted to the student's motivation. Cooperative learning implies the hypothesis, according to which, the way in which the activities are involved determines the quality of the interaction between the students, the results of the activities being consequences of the interaction between them. Thus, one of the main elements to be created in the classroom is positive interdependence or cooperation

- Summary/Abstract:Communication represents a process of interaction between people, groups, as a relation mediated through word, image, gesture, symbol or sign. Through it, individuals share their knowledge, experiences, interests, attitudes, feelings, opinions, ideas. Viewed as a process, communication consists in transmission and exchange of information (messages) between individuals. Communication means to tell those around you who you are, what you want, why you want a certain thing, and what are the means you will use to achieve your goals. Communication is defined as “a process through which a transmitter sends information to the receiver through a channel, in order to produce certain effects on the receiver.” In the present paper we analyze the most important types of communication: intrapersonal communication, interpersonal communication, small group communication, public communication / in organizations and mass communication. The success of communication in organizations depends on its manager, who must be a true manager of his organization's communication system, and this requires a continuous effort on his part in accumulating knowledge and training skills in organizational and interpersonal communication

- Summary/Abstract:Starting from the fact that our subsistence environment, society and socio-professional environment represent a system in which all subsystems (economic, cultural, educational, etc.) intercorrelates and condition each other, we mention that the situation at macro level influences the way of professionals adapt beginner teachers. However, it is already recognized that a thoughtful career design process, which takes into account the needs of the state in the workforce, as well as the trends of a person's self-realization through career, reduces the risk of non-integration in the socio-economic context and competition professional activity and the lack of qualified staff in the strategic areas of the national economy. In the conditions of the development of the modern school, the role of the educational partnership increases considerably. The stake in the efficiency of education lies in the internal collaboration, as well as the external one, as decisive educational factors. Teachers, especially at the beginning of their careers, need support not only from state institutions, but also from society as a whole. Obviously, any aspect of the educational process requires both involvement and external influence, so it is necessary to modernize career design strategies, which have the mission to promote a clearer understanding of the conditions for choosing the career path, especially for staff early career that requires assistance and mentoring in the development of professional identity. Ensuring the functional context for the professional development of novice teachers means, in large part, ensuring equal opportunities for individual development and professional adaptation

- Summary/Abstract:After a brief presentation of the social situation that appeared at the beginning of the Baroque, we framed the current in the historical period - being located between the end of the 16th century and the middle of the 18th century - after which we defined the term baroque and specified the etymology of the word. Also, in this first introductory part we talked about how the Baroque evolved first in the other arts - architecture, painting, sculpture, theater, dance and literature - and then with strict reference to the art of music. We followed a periodization of the Baroque, made according to some musicologists as follows: an early period that is characterized by the gradual transition from choral polyphony to accompanied monody and is distinguished by highlighting a single melodic line, which makes possible the appearance of opera and vocal genres- symphonic, such as the oratorio and cantata; a middle period in which the development of opera, ballet opera, court ballet, but also instrumental music takes place; and a late period of synthesis, which fixes the concept of tonality through the two basic modes: major and minor

- Summary/Abstract:Often, Villa-Lobos' studies contain more than one technical idea or, on the contrary, there are sections within a study that insist on a single problem. However, nothing is lost in the musical quality: the sound is always rich, and the presence of a wide range of colors increases the possibilities of exposing a virtuous interpretation. This "pattern-thinking" as Jukka Savijoki calls it in his book "The Guitar Works of Heitor Villa-Lobos", often provides the solution to correcting some notations of fingerings or sounds, but this this does not happen every time, due to which the interpreter will be late with the learner.

- Summary/Abstract:We have selected some revealing quotes for the evolution and involution of the aesthetics of the ugly (as Evil), always associated with the barbarian, the savage, the primitive. The selection took into account the paradigmatic moments of history and the radical changes that took place. The preoccupation of the Baroque, as a refinement of man (Christian), was the pedagogical distinction between animalitas and humanitas, between biological and cultural, the search for unity between the physical and metaphysical aspect of man, between the civilization of the word (writing) and the primitivism of orality (voice). The Baroque foreshadowed the emergence of a new model of reference to universal values and national specificity, as Freedom, even if still opposed to libertinism and anarchy, and in Enlightenment and Modernity

- Summary/Abstract:Written for solo clarinet in 1996, the work of composer Doina Rotaru, the Smoke, proposes the illustration of the symbolic element declared in the title by a particular sonority dependent on a space that implies the presence of another instrument, the piano, borrowing from the vibration of its resonance assimilating and absorbing the harmonics. More evident than the piece architecture is the technical means of sound organization, variation principle prevailing in it and causing a certain formal circumstance by rhythmical entity around which the mechanisms are focused. A permanent oscillation between acute and the grave register, rhythmic oscillation between long and short sounds, the contrast between very small and very strong colors, the game between vibrato and non-vibrato, frullatto and non-frullatto, calmo - nervoso - calmo are elements that predominate the whole work, intensifying the emotional intensity many times as an authentic dirge.
