Summary/Abstract: The publication is one of the outputs of the development of personal and professional skills of teachers of kindergartens and primary schools to higher quality education (CZ.1.07/1.3.00/48.0022). The project responded to the upcoming career system. The project was implemented comprehensive training preschool teachers to develop personal and professional competencies needed for individualisation and differentiation of education and skills needed for mentoring in kindergarten. Participants worked with the evaluation tool Framework of professional qualities and kindergarten teachers. To better understand the criteria evaluation tool created videos. The book provides support to work with the videotape and to promote the professional development of pre-school teachers in kindergarten.
