Summary/Abstract: In the modern business landscape, organizations driven by labor and capital are increasingly being replaced by knowledge-based entities. The success of businesses now relies on the development of innovative products and services through multidisciplinary expertise and collaborative learning. However, the vast amount of information available often surpasses organizational capacity to effectively convert it into actionable knowledge. This has led to the recognition of intellectual capital, which encompasses human, organizational, and customer capital, as a measurable asset. This volume explores knowledge management's critical role across diverse fields, offering insights into artificial intelligence, quality management, organizational design, leadership styles, consumer behavior, and medical literacy, among others. With contributions from various scholars, this collection serves as a valuable resource for understanding the dynamic interplay between knowledge management and its applications in economic, technological, and educational contexts.

- Summary/Abstract:Organisational design is a complex framework unique to each organisation, shaping its competitive advantage. In this study, we examine the organisational design of workplaces, aiming to optimize it through job satisfaction and structure. We hypothesized that effective workplace design, guided by the distribution of labour principle, relies heavily on the role of company managers in coordinating work units. To explore this, we analysed job characteristics across three dimensions: task, knowledge, and social aspects. Using survey data, we conducted analyses to investigate the relationship between job design and job satisfaction. Descriptive statistical and correlational analyses were employed to present our findings.A well-designed organisational structure enables the creation, sharing, and utilization of knowledge, fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. Therefore, the alignment of organisational design principles with knowledge management strategies is essential for maximizing organisational performance and maintaining competitiveness in today's dynamic business environment. Our study demonstrates that organisational structure reflects the alignment of individuals and groups with work tasks and organisational objectives. This alignment enables clear definition of roles, responsibilities, and interpersonal relationships, facilitating effective monitoring and control of goal achievement. Adopting such an oriented approach enhances organisational efficiency and effectiveness.

- Summary/Abstract:Interest in examining the role of leaders' personalities in teamwork and their influence on management style selection arises from the perception that existing research inadequately addresses these aspects, both theoretically and methodologically. Few efforts have been made to explore the influence of subjective factors, particularly leaders' personality characteristics, on management style choices in teamwork.This chapter, apart from its introduction and conclusion, comprises seven cohesive units within the theoretical framework. The practical aspect of the research involves statistical analysis using descriptive statistics (frequency and percentages) and analysis of variance to examine differences among respondents' assessments of team leaders' leadership styles' impact on team productivity based on demographic and status characteristics (such as gender, age, and level of professional education). Various statistical tests, including the F-test and Levene's test, were employed. Additionally, the study draws upon relevant literature and updated work practices to inform its findings, employing the aforementioned methodologies.

- Keywords:consumer; consumer behaviour; behaviour models; knowledge; shopping malls;
- Summary/Abstract:Consumer behaviour in new shopping environments is not only influenced by traditional factors like demographics and economics but also by emerging trends such as urbanization, globalization, and digitalization. As consumers increasingly frequent shopping malls, these spaces have evolved beyond simple retail outlets to become social and entertainment destinations. This shift has inspired businesses to adapt their management practices, focusing on delivering value and enhancing the overall shopping experience rather than solely meeting basic consumer needs. In this dynamic environment, knowledge management has an important role in understanding and predicting consumer behaviour. Leveraging observations gathered from consumer data and market trends, businesses can tailor their strategies to meet evolving consumer demands effectively. Thus, integrating knowledge management into the analysis of consumer behaviour in shopping malls provides a comprehensive understanding of the factors driving consumer preferences and purchasing decisions in new markets.
