Summary/Abstract: The analytical report is devoted to the issues of forming an effective public-private partnership on cyber security issues. Theoretical approaches to public-private partnership and their peculiarities in cyber security issues are analyzed. The world experience (USA, EU, Germany, Great Britain, Poland) in building trust between the public and private sectors in cyberspace security issues has been studied. The regulatory, legal and organizational foundations of public-private partnership in Ukraine are considered, and effective examples of such partnership are given. Prospective directions for the development of cyber security public-private partnership in Ukraine and possible ways of their implementation are outlined.
