Summary/Abstract: The analytical report provides an overview of modern models and scenarios of innovative development of territorial communities in the context of the transition to the fourth technological revolution and reflects probable scenarios for Ukraine. The main directions of the formation of a systemic approach to modeling the process of integration of territorial communities into the ecosystem space declared by the world community are illustrated by the experience of developed foreign countries regarding the integration of various and complex innovative technologies into national innovative systems, which are combined on a planetary scale into a network infrastructure based on digital assets. Some theoretical approaches to the modeling of territorial communities are considered, the factors and possible results in the modeling of management systems for the innovative development of territorial communities through the implementation of relevant functions and a holistic view of the processes, resources, objects (infrastructure) of innovative activity, which form the innovative basis for development of appropriate development strategies.
