Summary/Abstract: This book represents the concluding part of the trilogy “Multigenerational Management of Human Resources: From Generation T to Generation Alpha”. It builds upon the theoretical knowledge and research results presented in the first two books and focuses on their practical application. The main goal of Book 3 is providing methodological approaches for identifying opportunities and developing recommendations to improve the satisfaction and productivity of the employees in a multigenerational work environment. In order to achieve this goal motivational factors and generational differences are analyzed through the prism of 11 motivational theories. The unique needs and preferences of each generation in multigenerational teams are identified by comparative analyses of summarized research results conducted between 2019 – 2024. Practical recommendations are aimed at both individual motivation management for each generation and effective team interaction among them. Strategies for creating a harmonious and productive work atmosphere encourage collaboration and mutual understanding among different age groups with the aim of increasing overall efficiency and employee satisfaction.
