- Summary/Abstract:My article desires to capture some aspects having as target school leaders’ competencies in management knowing that in the last years Romanian educational system has been through a period of legal changes.I have started my thesis by defining the term management, respectively that of school management which can be exemplified in three ways: educational system management, school system management and classroom management. The aim was to emphasize the role of an educational manager, his/her functions, his/ her needed competencies and last but not the least his/ her leading skills. Managers can be incompetent, good or very good but their activity depends on the existence and application of a clear educational law and also, elaborating a long term strategy of educational quality.

- Summary/Abstract:We often ask ourselves if the new generations who come have dreams, beautiful ideals and are ready to lead. To answer these questions, I propose a suggestive and complex material by the Edu Elitis Company team, created by three pupils from 11th class from Pedagogical College V.Lupu Iasi. The way they approached the topic proposing to promote the entrepreneurship among children through the stories of successful business people , the way they have made a business plan for a new and attractive game, shows that the team realized that entrepreneurship education is a little exploited area for children and there is no such game in Romania. Due to the fact that it "invents" the market and addresses it with a lot of creativity, this kind of entrepreneurial game will allow them to take a successful road!

- Summary/Abstract:In the post revolution Romania education has undergone countless changes, among which: that having to do with the birth of the concept quality in education, the one concerned with the development of the school textbook, etc. Thus, in 2005 the notion of quality in education appears and in the following year the ARACIP is established, an institution meant to assess and authorise the pre university level schools. Another change occurs in the field of curricular instruments, namely, in the sphere of textbooks.
