- Summary/Abstract:This paper is a scientific proof of the need for small and medium enterprises to adapt quickly to change in terms of consolidating organizational culture. The purpose of the research is to investigate the possibilities of resizing the management system of small and medium enterprises in Moldova in order to strengthen the organizational culture. The paper treats organizational culture as a success factor in achieving organizational performance by small and medium enterprises. At the same time, the small and medium enterprises sector in Moldova, with the pandemic crisis, need a revitalization, a resizing of the management system, as a whole, in order to increase organizational performance. The research methodology focused on the use of several research methods such as: analysis, synthesis, scientific abstraction, induction, deduction, abduction, comparative method, graphics.

- Summary/Abstract:This paper presents a theoretical-methodological incursion of the effects of tourism on the development of the Republic of Moldova. The tourism sector is a dynamic one and has an important share in the GDP of several countries such as: Greece, Italy, Spain, etc. The Republic of Moldova being a small country, has a valuable tourist potential that deserves to be capitalized by tourists. Thus, through this study, we tried to make an analysis of the impact of the tourism sector on Moldova. The research methodology focused on the use of several methods such as: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, graphical, comparative method, qualitative research. In conclusion, we can reiterate that the impact of tourism on the economy of the Republic of Moldova is low, but the fact that in 2020-2021 the tourism sector was drastically hit by the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic that disturbed this sector, reducing its effects and magnitude to.

- Summary/Abstract:This paper presents a theoretical-methodological foray on identifying the position of Moldova as a tourist destination on the international arena. Thus, the purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of measures applied by the state in promoting the Moldovan brand as a tourist destination in the international arena. At the same time, the research was aimed at eliciting the factors, the elements that influence the process of forming the image of tourist destinations. Also, the challenges and problems faced by the image of Moldova on the international arena were outlined, but also the measures that deserve to be applied in order to improve the image of Moldova as an attractive tourist destination for tourists. The research methodology focused on the use of several methods such as: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, abduction, comparative method, graphics, qualitative research. In conclusion, we note that Moldova is a tourist destination that has its own tourist brand, which is intensely promoted in the international arena, but which remains a tourist destination poorly exploited by foreign tourists due to multiple infrastructure issues, communication with tourists, conditions accommodation, etc. In these conditions, Moldova needs a total revival of the tourism sector, which will help the country to attract new tourists, but also to retain them.

- Summary/Abstract:This paper represents a short theoretical-practical foray of the factors that contribute to the successful operational management of energy companies. An important aspect researched in the paper is intended for the possibilities of ensuring efficient management in the context of the changing environment, in terms of applying an effective planning system. Thus, companies in the energy field need efficient planning in order to ensure the efficient management process and to achieve an efficient operational management. A special place in the operational management process belongs to the efficiency of the dispatching service within the companies which, once correctly planned, can contribute to achieving organizational performance. The aim of the paper is to review the most important success factors in the operational management of companies in the energy sphere, as a decisive factor in achieving organizational performance. The research methodology focused on the use of several methods: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, abduction, scientific abstraction, qualitative research, comparison, graphic method. In conclusions, we can mention that the main success factors in ensuring an efficient operational management process are: the managerial strategy applied by the company, the human capital of the people who like the managerial strategy, the applied technology and equipment, the implemented innovations.

- Summary/Abstract:This paper represents a theoretical analysis of the possibilities to achieve organizational performance in terms of resizing the management system of the enterprise. In the context of the changing environment, by virtue of the major changes that affect the activity of small and medium-sized enterprises on a daily basis, they must withstand the competitive struggle and develop their own competitive advantages that will allow them to become victorious in the great competitive struggle. Thus, in the context of the new pressures brought by the COVID-19 pandemic that changed the influencing factors, creating major problems and challenges for the small and medium enterprises sector. The crisis has upset the entire management system, dramatically affecting the market performance of small and medium-sized enterprises. Thus, this category of enterprises had to quickly identify success factors in achieving and increasing economic performance in order to maintain the market but also to overcome the obstacles brought by the pandemic. The research methodology focused on the use of several research methods such as: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, abduction, graphical, comparative method, statistical method. In the conclusions we can mention that small and medium enterprises are the most active actors of the national economy, but also the most vulnerable to possible crises that appear on the market. Thus, it is necessary to implement successful managerial methods and techniques that will ensure a good performance in the market in order to achieve economic performance.
