Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the problem areas of vocabulary work in DaF lessons for interpreters/translators from the perspective of university teachers. Some special features are highlighted, which are related to the foreign language level achieved in each case, predominant learning type, background knowledge and experience with other foreign languages.
