Summary/Abstract: The article aims at examining several rare words, attested in a) notes left by the copyists of Old Bulgarian manuscripts from the 10th – 11th c., and b) in inscriptions from the same period. In some cases a new interpretation of the analyzed material is performed, and in others such is offered for the first time.
