Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the text is to present the variety of students’ opinions and knowledge about teachers’ self-efficacy. As that phenomenon is considered to be a modern educator’s crucial competency, the authors were trying to find out what is the future teachers’ perception of self-efficacy. The conceptual category seems to be an important ability that, according to the students, is achieved as the length of service increases. As revealed, respondents perceive a link between self-efficacy and teachers’ personal characteristics as well as the factors of the work environment.
