If employees understand the meaning of their work, they work responsibly, quickly and efficiently. Paper focuses on the positive benefits of the application of the concept of freedom at work, such as employee satisfaction and employee engagement, but also on the risks of applying this concept, such as the possibility for abuse of the conferred powers and freedom and a reduction of employee productivity.
