Summary/Abstract: Health organizations in Bulgaria work in an increasingly complex and constantly changing landscape. To be successful, they must be able to adapt and change quickly in response to new economic challenges and opportunities. There is a need to search for new approaches in the management of processes in healthcare organizations. It is necessary for healthcare facilities to quickly respond to changing circumstances, demands and requirements as part of the Bulgarian health sector. This article aims to present the aspects and possibilities of the change management methodology that can lead to a better management of processes in the organization. Attention is also paid to the role of business decision-making, setting clear rules and strategic planning for implementing change. When a healthcare facility embarks on a change management project, it must first formulate a clear strategy and communicate it at all levels of the organization and with all stakeholders. The approaches presented in the article concerning the change management methodology would help achieve organizational development and growth, long-desired goals that can be combined with organizational structure, business processes, and information flow.
