Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the present work is to analyze waste management in companies, which is essential for better environmental protection. Attention has been paid to the different types of waste generated during the company's activities, their classification and their separate collection.Conclusions are made about the development in the direction of waste utilization, part of which is their effective separation, the way of processing and their proper organization and management by the top management of the companies. The result of this is the reasonable use of waste, which improves indicators related to the environment and is in accordance with the concept of sustainable development.
