Summary/Abstract: Recently violence among students in the elementary school has increased in numbers and is a frequent occurrence and a complex problem. This work analyses violence theoretically and empirically. The theoretical part deals with the topic of violence, types of it and its basic characteristics. The main goal of the research is to investigate the presence of violence among younger elementary school students in relation to gender, class and school achievement. The sample includes students of the third and fifth grade of the ''Turbe''elementary school in the total of 161 examinees. The obtained results suggest that bullying is present in elementary school and that there is no statistically significant difference in application of bullying among 268the students based on gender, class and school achievement. The results that have been reached will have their practical application in the non-violent conflict resolution among younger school students and will encourage the development of tolerance and human relations.
